• Check-in is anytime after 3:00PM and check out by 12:00PM

Additional rules

• All credit card holders must be aged 25 years and older at check-in.
• Additional Guests must pay USD $100 per person per night at the discretion of the Host only. .
• Special events permitted with approval in advance from the Host – additional costs and community rules will apply.
• Saturday to Saturday bookings may be preferred for holidays and during the high season, please inquire with a Villa Specialist for more details.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Refundable 95 days

• Cancel up to 95 days before your trip and get a full refund. Cancel within 95 days of the trip and the reservation is non-refundable.
