The ample outdoor living areas beckon you into the Caribbean sunlight and timeless breeze. Sip local coffee in the morning while gazing upon the vast horizon. Enjoy refreshing tennis games and plunge into the pool of blue mosaic tile. Withdraw into the veranda to sip delicious juice or cocktails and relish home-cooked meals at the lovely table. Marvel at the sunset sky and steep your body in the hot tub under the stars.

A lovely footbridge leads you over a dreamy koi pond into the front entrance of the villa, while doors to the veranda inhale the ocean air into main living room. Beautiful furnishings and fixtures include a fabulous bar with hand-shaped chairs carved of native wood. There are multiple living and dining areas throughout the villa, allowing guests to gather in large groups or enjoy low-key privacy.

There are four bedrooms in Kai Kala Villa, three in Sea View Cottage, two in Bamboo Cottage, and one in Hideaway Cottage. Each house and bedroom offers its own charms and advantages. All but one bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom, and several enjoy majestic sea views.

Beyond the private paradise of this seaside hamlet, you’re well positioned for exploring the natural and cultural riches of Ocho Rios and beyond. Ocho Rios Town is about fifteen minutes from the villa. Families will enjoy nearby Yaaman Adventure Park, and there are several delightful beaches both east and west of the villa, including Ragged Beach, Mahogany Beach, and Mammee Bay.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Refundable 95 days
