Lovingly designed by Prince Kasimir Korybut in 1993 and brilliantly renovated in 2012, Almond Hill is a gorgeous private home located on a former 500-acre coconut plantation near the exclusive Round Hill Estate, west of Montego Bay. Lush vegetation and high iron gates seclude this contemporary villa which is ideal for guests who are comfortable with friendly dogs. Dervy, Button, Cocoa and Survivor are fun family pets who enjoy free run of the house and grounds. All guests are granted complimentary resort membership of Round Hill Resort Club and there is a wealth of activities to enjoy in your backyard.

A team of staff takes all the hassle out of daily life and at Almond Hill you have access to your own housekeeper, cook, butler, laundry service, gardener and night watchman to keep you safe and comfortable. Perhaps the centerpiece of this fine house is the wrap-around verandah, cooled by trade winds and enjoying partial sea views. It’s a haven for reading and napping, sipping afternoon tea and indulging in drowsy conversation. You’ll never be short of something to read here – there are bookshelves in almost every room! Pull your favorite from the shelf and swing away an afternoon in a hammock or rest poolside on a luxury lounger under the shelter of a calico umbrella. Following a revitalizing dip in your sculpted pool, shower off and head for the well-cushioned poolside gazebo – the perfect hideaway for a shaded lunch or some private laptop time.

Clean white walls are adorned with colorful artwork throughout and sliding doors in the bedrooms make the most of the manicured lawns and calming views. In the evenings you might prefer to settle in the elegant living room and peruse the tall library shelves for books and movies. Or select some music, recline on a deep-seated sofa and listen on the 6-speaker sound system. Dining by romantic candlelight on the verandah is another option, as you admire the twinkling lights of the town and cruise ships reflected on the bay.

By night your dreams will be deep as you rest in a picture-perfect air-cooled bedroom. All four are en-suite and three enjoy access to the garden. The Master bedroom boasts a king-size bed and outdoor shower. Bedroom Four is fitted with a queen-size bed while Bedrooms Two and Three have twins.
