Thanks to its perch above the water, Cliffhanger offers wraparound decks on two levels, in sun and in shade. Sip your morning coffee at the covered outdoor dining area, then stretch out on one of the sun loungers or daybed to listen to the waves or watch sailboats pass in the bay. Take the villa’s golf cart to the shared infinity pool, tennis courts or fitness center at the Abaco Club, or borrow water-sports equipment from the club. Back at the villa, rinse off in the outdoor shower before preparing dinner on the barbecue, selecting a vintage from the wine fridge and putting a favorite album on the sound system to enjoy into the evening.

The villa’s bright, airy interiors are both relaxed and sophisticated, with a vaulted ceiling and exposed beams in the great room and decor that pairs traditional silhouettes with modern prints and colorful artwork.
