Additional rules
- All credit card holders must be aged 25 years and older at check-in.
- The ferry boat is complimentary to Villa Paradiso Guests between 7am – 12 am The ferry boat captain is on call. At least one hour notice is required if transfer time is not pre-booked. We recommend pre booking boat transfers to ensure Guests leave at their preferred times. Transfers after 12 am are considered a private charter and will be billed at a rate of $150 per private charter/per hour. Payment for private charters are to be paid through the Beach House Villas property manager or concierge and are not to be paid direct to the boat captain.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Refundable 95 days
- Cancel up to 95 days before your trip and get a full refund. Cancel within 95 days of the trip and the reservation is non-refundable.
