Your holiday at Over Yonder Cay begins with a VIP airport transfer and includes butler, chef, housekeeping, island manager and even massage therapist services. Enjoy a range of watersports, from kayaking around one of the bays to wakeboarding or fishing on one of the property’s crewed boats. On land, there’s a nine-hole golf course, tennis court, cruising bikes and three saltwater swimming pools. If you simply want to relax, stretch out on a hammock or sip refreshments from the wet bar at one of the outdoor living and dining areas.

The island’s four houses were designed to take full advantage of their unique settings. Meridian House, the largest, boasts panoramic views from its hilltop location, as well as elegant rococo-inspired interiors that feature a home theater, gym, sauna and steam room. West Sands, just steps from the beach, is a quiet, oceanfront house that emphasizes indoor-outdoor living. East Cove puts a fresh, modern spin on traditional style and looks out over Exuma Sound, while bright, breezy South Point has sunset views over shallow waters teeming with life. All four have spacious living and dining areas, and fully equipped kitchens.

The fifteen bedrooms are spread out over all four houses and offer a range of accommodations, perfect for groups of friends or family traveling together. There are four bedrooms in Meridian House—all honeymoon-worthy suites with king beds, en-suite bathrooms and jetted tubs. West Sands and East Cove both have four bedrooms: two with king beds and en-suite bathrooms, and two with queen beds that share a bathroom. South Point is the smallest house and has one bedroom with a king bed and en-suite, and two bedrooms with queen beds and a shared bathroom.

Over Yonder Cay is more than just a vacation rental, it’s a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Formerly a remote fishing outpost, today the island offers complete privacy and a stay that’s as quiet as you like. Dock at the marina, which can accommodate a range of sailing yachts, fishing boats and dive boats, or use the beach club to host a special celebration or even a tropical destination wedding. Walking and cycling trails encircle the island and let you get close to the local flora and fauna.
