Nestled in the private development of Reeds House, this two-bedroom condo is just steps away from the beach and offers stunning sea views, making it one of our top villas in Barbados. Barbados offers visitors a tropical getaway like no other thanks to its perfect climate, unique culture and fine beaches that are among the best in the world.
You’ll find this villa on the complex’s first floor, where it boasts a private plunge pool on the terrace that also includes a lounge area overlooking the water. If you need more space to swim, head down to the beautiful Reeds Bay Beach, it’s just steps away. On its soft sands, you can choose to sunbathe or go snorkeling in its crystal clear waters. For a relaxing night in, choose from a library of DVDs and watch a movie on one of the condo’s two LCD TVs.
In the living room you’ll find comfortable furnishings and island-inspired artwork, as well as access to the terrace, via an arched doorway. Nearby, the fully equipped kitchen includes appliances that range from a counter-top stove to a juicer. An on-site cook/housekeeper will prepare up to two meals a day, and you can enjoy your home-cooked meal out on the dining terrace that also has a wet bar and fridge.
Up to four guests are welcome to stay in this villa’s two individually decorated bedrooms. Both suites offer air conditioning, en-suite bathrooms and ceiling fans. The master bedroom boasts a king size, four-poster bed, large tub and a walk-in closet, and also opens up to a private terrace, while the guest suite has access to the dining patio.
The Reeds House development is conveniently located near the area’s top attractions and hot spots. The diverse restaurants and upscale shops of Holetown are just 10 minutes away. Meanwhile, avid golfers can head to the five-star Sandy Lane course that’s just a 15-minute drive from the complex.

- Please note: A 2.5% levy will be collected at the time of booking. This fee is calculated based on your nightly rate and is capped at USD$10 per bedroom, per night.
- All of these homes can ONLY have extra guests for entertaining with Owner Permission.
- No external staff or service provider is permitted into these homes without permission of the owners – Chefs, nanny or spa supplier.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Firm 95 days
- Cancel up to 95 days before your trip and get a 50% refund of accommodation fees. Cancel within 95 days of the trip and the reservation is non-refundable.
