The fifth bedroom is found on the main level and features a private balcony looking out over the courtyard.

The Sandy Lane Beach is located close by where you have access to the owner’s private beach cabana upon your arrival. A short drive brings you into vibrant Holetown where you can enjoy shopping, dining and excellent nightlife, as well as a beautiful boardwalk.

• Please note that over and above the rental fee, the Guest will be charged a late departure fee if they have not vacated the property according to their reservation specifications.
• Early arrivals may be requested. If an early arrival is available, a half day’s rate applies for an arrival between noon and 3:00 PM, and a full day’s rate applies before noon.
• Late departures may be requested. If a late departure is available, a half day’s rate applies for a departure between 2:00 PM-5:00 PM, and a full day’s rate applies after 5:00 PM.
• Should the staff member be necessary after 8:30 PM, a fee will be billed to Guest for this service.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Firm 95 days

• Cancel up to 95 days before your trip and get a 50% refund of accommodation fees. Cancel within 95 days of the trip and the reservation is non-refundable.
