The Heronetta is one of our largest Barbados villa rentals, it sits on four acres of land and boasts the largest waterfront property on the popular Sandy Lane Beach. Barbados is an ideal destination for visitors looking for a tropical getaway filled with sun, water sports, fine dining and upscale shopping.
Surrounded by tropical vegetation, this home offers plenty of seclusion allowing you to lounge around the huge outdoor pool and terrace in privacy. The villa features a private tennis court for a little friendly competition between you and your loved ones, and as guests of the villa you also have access to the private cabana located on the popular Sandy Lane Beach. Top off a perfect day with an alfresco meal in the large pavilion, complete with dramatic lighting and a waterfall feature. The friendly on-site staff will ensure your stay is relaxing and memorable with services that include the likes of a chef, maid, laundress and night watchman.
The interior of this exceptionally finished home is spacious with soaring ceilings and huge arched windows exposing views of lush tropical vegetation. The open-style great room is an ideal space for entertaining and has access to the terrace and courtyard. It offers an airy seating area with plush furnishings, indoor plants and a long wooden dining table.
Up to ten guests can easily stay in this home’s five individually decorated bedrooms. Two sit in the main house while the remaining suites are located in private cottages. All the bedrooms feature a private en-suite bathroom, shower and air conditioning.
Located just steps from the popular Sandy Lane Beach, you can spend your day relaxing on its fine, platinum sands or enjoying some of the many available water sports. Just a short drive away you’ll find Holetown that features high-end shopping options, a beautiful boardwalk and some of the island’s top restaurants.

Additional rules
- All credit card holders must be aged 25 years and older at check-in.
- Please note that over and above the rental fee, the Guest will be charged a late departure fee if they have not vacated the property according to their reservation specifications.
- Early arrivals may be requested. If an early arrival is available, a half day’s rate applies for an arrival between noon and 3:00 PM, and a full day’s rate applies before noon.
- Late departures may be requested. If a late departure is available, a half day’s rate applies for a departure between 2:00 PM-5:00 PM, and a full day’s rate applies after 5:00 PM.
- Should the staff member be necessary after 8:30 PM, a fee will be billed to Guest for this service.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Firm 95 days
- Cancel up to 95 days before your trip and get a 50% refund of accommodation fees. Cancel within 95 days of the trip and the reservation is non-refundable.
