Surrounded by manicured gardens, relax on a sun lounger with a cold drink on the terrace. During the day, go for a dip in the infinity-edge pool and at night take a soak in the Jacuzzi, under the stars. You’ll also find a covered terrace featuring a large seating area and dining table for you and your guests to enjoy an informal alfresco meal.

The main home is beautifully finished with high ceilings, neutral tones and high-end furnishings. The living room is an open space with various seating areas allowing for smaller gatherings and French doors that lead you out to the tropical gardens. A formal dining room with seating for 10 is located through an open arched doorway, while the kitchen is located nearby and comes fully equipped.

There are five bedrooms located in the main house as well as two adjacent cottages, allowing for up to 10 guests. The main home offers the master bedroom on the second level, as well as a second room with two twin beds on the main floor. The first cottage features one king size bedroom with two more bedrooms found in a second cottage. All the rooms boast air conditioning and have private en-suite bathrooms.

Spend some time on the beach—the white sandy shores of Gibbs Beach are a five-minute drive away and offer excellent snorkeling and scuba diving opportunities; or simply soak in the sun on the sand. For guests looking for a bit of shopping, Holetown, located 6 km away, features excellent high-end shopping and some of the island’s top restaurants.

Additional rules

• All credit card holders must be aged 25 years and older at check-in.
• Please note that over and above the rental fee, the Guest will be charged a late departure fee if they have not vacated the property according to their reservation specifications.
• Early arrivals may be requested. If an early arrival is available, a half day’s rate applies for an arrival between noon and 3:00 PM, and a full day’s rate applies before noon.
• Late departures may be requested. If a late departure is available, a half day’s rate applies for a departure between 2:00 PM-5:00 PM, and a full day’s rate applies after 5:00 PM.
• Should the staff member be necessary after 8:30 PM, a fee will be billed to Guest for this service.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Firm 95 days

• Cancel up to 95 days before your trip and get a 50% refund of accommodation fees. Cancel within 95 days of the trip and the reservation is non-refundable.
