Graced with breathtaking sea views, the villa’s terrace invites you to inspiring days and evenings under the Caribbean sky. Warm your body in the hot tub before plunging into the pool or sea. Rinse in the alfresco shower and bask in the sunlight on lounge chairs facing the vast horizon. Play beach volleyball at the nearby net (shared with neighboring villas) and take a kayak, canoe, or paddleboard onto the water. Kindle the barbeque grill and relish a delectable meal in the cool veranda.

The villa’s interiors feature large glass doors, high ceilings, luminous white surfaces, and touches of cheerful tropical color and sea-inspired décor. The airy, open-concept space houses a comfortable TV lounge, a dining table with sea views, and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen. Air conditioning keeps the home cool when needed.

All three bedrooms at Villa Picon enjoy ensuite bathrooms and air conditioning. The master suite includes a walk-in closet and an ample private terrace with a beautiful thatched awning, and its bathroom includes a deep tub. The primary guest suite has a king bed while the other guestroom has two double beds. There are also two small cots for younger guests.

Perched midway between Tulum and Cancun, the villa is within easy reach of some of the finest nightlife, beaches, and watersports on the Yucatan Peninsula, as well as extraordinary Mayan ruins. Playa del Carmen and Puerto Morales are both a short drive away, and there are loads of family-friendly activities nearby, including fishing, diving, snorkeling, and even Cirque du Soleil.
