• Check-in is anytime after 4:00PM and check out by 11:00AM

Additional rules

• All credit card holders must be aged 25 years and older at check-in.
• Children over 8 years of age will be counted as one adult.
• Playacar community has a noise ordinance after 11:00 PM. Loud music, shouting or high volume is forbidden after this time.
• Please do not set the thermostat lower than 70°F (21°C).
• Wedding and social events are permitted upon approval by the owner with a maximum of 80 Guests.
• Bachelor parties and BPM festival attendees are not permitted.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Refundable 95 days

• Cancel up to 95 days before your trip and get a full refund. Cancel within 95 days of the trip and the reservation is non-refundable.
