The villa’s traditional hacienda architecture extends to its outdoor living spaces, where you’ll find living and dining rooms under an arched veranda. Just beyond, there’s a sunny deck with lounge chairs and a hammock on the path to the beach. A rooftop terrace and pool provide ample opportunities for sunbathing, and an outdoor shower is convenient after a day at the beach. The villa is equipped with Sky TV, Wi-Fi Bluetooth speakers, and the services of a cook, butler, housekeeper and villa manager are included in your stay.

Arched doorways, beamed ceilings and bright tilework add charm and cheer to the interiors of Hacienda Chekul. The open, airy living and dining room feature neutral-toned sofas and cane-backed chairs, set off by a patterned floor, turquoise throw pillows and a wrought-iron chandelier. The fully equipped kitchen is warm and welcoming, with yellow walls, rich wood cabinets and a well-loved farmhouse-style table used as a center island.

Each of the villa’s four bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning and TV, and opens to the terrace. Three of the bedrooms have king beds, and the fourth has two double beds. Sleep soundly in beautiful four-poster or suspended beds in rooms adorned with tall windows and doors, tiled floors and bright, tropical hues of coral and azure.

Start or end each day with a stroll on Boca Paila Beach, just steps from the villa, and make time during your stay to explore the surrounding Sian Ka’an Biosphere Reserve, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. You’ll find dining and nightlife in Tulum, 14 miles away, and another stretch of sand to explore at Papaya Playa Beach, 10 miles away. Make your connection at Cancun International Airport, 87 miles away.
