The 3,600 square foot, air conditioned interior features high ceilings and exposed wooden beams. The living area offers comfortable oversized seating and a giant flat screen TV. The open gourmet kitchen provides stainless steel appliances, a gas burner and a large center island with breakfast bar.

Four lovely bedrooms accommodate up to eight guests at this non-smoking villa. There are two master bedrooms, each with a king size bed, large terrace and sweeping ocean views. One guest room is located downstairs with two twin beds. The second level guest bedroom includes a large terrace, ocean view and king bed. This luxury villa makes a great bet for a family holiday or a special event like a wedding!

This stunning oceanfront vacation rental is 45 minutes in reach of the fine dining and nightlife of Cabo San Lucas, where you might stop to gaze upon the El Arco rock arch or enjoy the activities at El Medano beach. Additional rules

• All credit card holders must be aged 25 years and older at check-in.
• Late check-outs are possible upon request. If the late check-out request is approved, there is a cost of $110USD per hour after 11:00 AM. This approval may be revoked if a new booking is confirmed to arrive the same or next day.
• 2 additional children under 12 years old are welcome for an additional $50USD per child.
• Outside vendors are not permitted (chef, bartender, butler, cleaning).

CANCELLATION POLICY

Refundable 95 days

• Cancel up to 95 days before your trip and get a full refund. Cancel within 95 days of the trip and the reservation is non-refundable.
