Step through the property’s gates and into your own private haven on the ocean. The villa’s six bedrooms can accommodate groups of up to sixteen on holiday together. There are three bedrooms with king beds, two bedrooms with two queen beds each and one bedroom with a king bed plus a twin bed. All six bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms.

The hacienda’s location on Paraiso Beach puts you just a 2-minute walk from Playa Maya, a 5-minute walk from Las Palmas Beach and steps from El Paraiso Beach Club, where villa guests are welcome. It’s also just a 5-minute drive to the famed Tulum ruins and a 10-minute drive to downtown Tulum, where you can join honeymooning couples and the jet set at chic but casual restaurants and bars.

Luxury Retreats and/or the Host’s responsibility extends solely to the immediate premises of the rented Property, and that no compensation will be considered in relation to limitation in the experience of the destination that may come as a consequence of a seaweed surge or associated local cleaning efforts.
• Regular location fee is $3,500. A $1,000 discount may be offered for event bookings with minimum 4-night stay.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Refundable 95 days

• Cancel up to 95 days before your trip and get a full refund. Cancel within 95 days of the trip and the reservation is non-refundable.
