Perched on the hillside of Alta Vista, this luxurious four bedroom retreat has an absolutely dynamic view. With a pinch of the city, a dash of the bay, and a generous helping of the ocean, Villa Lucia captures unique vantage points of beautiful Puerto Vallarta. This area is well-known for its adventure tourism, sandy beaches, and vibrant city nightlife, making it ideal for an exciting family getaway.
Merging indoor and outdoor space is a key element of Lucia’s serene environment. Fresh ocean breeze and natural sunlight flows easily throughout the interior spaces thanks to wide opening on the terrace. The interior decor is bright and cheerful, with plenty of natural wood and colourful local art. The fully equipped kitchen features plenty of functional workspace on its granite countertops and centre island. At dinner, the formal dining area has space for eight guests. If you’re feeling a little more casual, there’s a barbecue on the terrace and lots of space to dine alfresco.
Spend your afternoon relaxing in the balmy tropical weather from Lucia’s private terrace. Take a refreshing dip in the cliffside infinity pool. Enjoy the outdoor living spaces, lounge chairs, and ocean view. Back inside, enjoy perks like satellite television, a sound system, Wi-Fi, filtered water, and an exercise room.
Lucia features two master bedrooms with king sized beds. There are two more bedrooms, both with a pair of queen beds, bringing total accommodations up to eight. And, each bedroom has an en-suite, private terrace, and an incredible ocean view.
Fifteen minutes away, walking, you’ll find Puerto Vallarta’s most vibrant beach, Los Muertos. A popular spot among tourists and locals, this sandy stretch is known for its crystal clear waters and vibrant atmosphere. A little further and you’ll be in downtown Puerto Vallarta. If there’s a golfer in the group, Marina Vallarta Golf Club is beautifully scenic course, perfect for an afternoon trip.
