Its oceanfront location in the exclusive Punta Bella gated community in The Corridor is not only steps from the beach, but between the hubs of San José del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas.

Outdoor living areas featuring an infinity pool, plenty of loungers in the sun, a barbecue and dining area, and a palapa-covered bar make it easy to relax or entertain from sunrise to gorgeous sunset over the Pacific. Once the sun has finally set, linger outside around the firepit and listen to the waves, or share the best photos of the day via the home’s Wi-Fi.

Inside, the Spanish Colonial–style villa captures an easy, breezy luxury. Ocean-inspired tones of blue, green, beige and white create a serene ambience, while open-concept living spaces flow into one another. The living room, dining room and kitchen run the width of the house, so each has ocean views and opens to a deck above the pool terrace.

With five bedrooms—four in the main house and one in a guest house—Casa Edwards Too is suitable for a holiday with extended family or a beach getaway with friends. In the main house, there are three bedrooms with king beds, including a honeymoon-worthy master suite with its own terrace, and one bedroom with two queen beds. The guest house bedroom has a queen bed and could be used as separate accommodations for in-laws. All five bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, and the main-house rooms have ocean views as well.

Casa Edwards Too is located on a quiet, sandy beach that’s both postcard-pretty and ideal for sunbathing, swimming or sunset strolls. The villa is a 5-minute drive from the Palmilla Golf Club, and close to the shopping, dining and entertainment of San José del Cabo. Make the drive into Cabo San Lucas for a day at the beach or a night out in its clubs and breweries.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Refundable 95 days

• Cancel up to 95 days before your trip and get a full refund. Cancel within 95 days of the trip and the reservation is non-refundable.
