Your stay at Casa Oliver begins with a one-way transfer from the airport to the beachfront gated community where the villa is located. Prepare to be wowed as you step through the breezy courtyard and onto the ocean-facing terrace with a free-form infinity pool. Stretch out on a lounge chair under an umbrella here, on the beach, or up on the rooftop terrace. Closer to the water, you’ll find a ring of chairs around a firepit and a hot tub; back at the house, there’s a shaded wet bar with barbecue and a covered al-fresco dining area. Keep up with your routine in the house’s fitness room, indulge yourself in the spa room, get in touch with your creative side in the art studio or simply relax in a plush seat in the home theater.

Stone walls, arched doorways and a courtyard-centered layout are all nods to traditional hacienda architecture, but Casa Oliver deftly blends colonial style with modern decor. In the expansive great room, dark wood-beamed ceilings contrast the crisp white walls, and the sitting and dining areas are subtly defined by natural-fiber area rugs. There’s ample room for everyone on the cream-colored sectional or in a woven chair around the coffee-hued table. In one corner of the space, the fully equipped kitchen offers a large breakfast bar and gorgeous stone backsplash.

With spacious en-suite bathrooms and extras like lounge chairs and desks, each of the six bedrooms feels like a private hotel suite. There’s one master suite with a king bed, and two queen suites with private terraces, one of which also has its own kitchenette. There are two other bedrooms with two queen beds each, and one bedroom with a queen bed.

Begin your stay with a flight to Los Cabos International Airport, 13.5 miles from the villa. Once you’ve arrived at Casa Oliver, you can stroll down to the beach without even putting on sandals, but you’re also just over a half-mile from the Fundadores Beach Club and 7.5 miles from Costa Azul Beach. For those who can’t wait to get on the fairway, there’s the nearby Puerto los Cabos and Palmilla golf courses; for everyone else, shopping in Puerto Paraiso is 25 miles away, and the dining and nightlife of downtown Cabo San Lucas are 26 miles away.
