General rules

Additional rules

• All credit card holders must be aged 25 years and older at check-in.
• Guest shall comply with all statutes, ordinances and requirements of all municipal, state and federal laws regarding the Property, including the use, possession, production or sale of illegal drugs. In the event the Property is part of a condominium complex, Guest agrees to adhere to all rules and regulations set forth by the regulatory parties for the condominium complex or Hosts association in which the Property is located, including rules with respect to smoking, noise, odors, disposal of refuse, pets, parking and use of common areas.
• Non-approved late check-outs will result in a charge of 5% of the nightly rate for every half-hour late on departure. When given advanced notice, Host’s representatives will attempt to accommodate early arrivals and late check-outs.
• Smoking inside of the Property is strictly prohibited at all times. The Guest shall be responsible for all damage caused by the smoking, including but not limited to, stains, burns, odor and removal of debris. Guest may be required to immediately leave the Property, or be removed, in which case the Guest forfeits all rights to the return of any unused rental fees. Guests violating this policy will be charged a minimum cleaning fee of $500 which shall be billed to the Guest’s credit card.
• If Guest is in breach of the no pet prohibition herein, Guest forfeits the right of the return of any unused rental fees. Guest violating this policy will also be charged a cleaning fee in the minimum amount of $500 and the Guest’s credit card shall be charged for all costs incurred by OWNER to repair any damage to the Property caused by the pet.
• Individuals 25 years of age or younger unaccompanied by their parents or legal guardians, are not allowed in the property. If the number of adults and children exceeds maximum allowed in the unit, if sports team participants, or if individuals age 25 or younger unaccompanied by their parent or legal guardian occupy this unit, it shall be cause for immediate termination of occupancy without refund.
• Guests shall be quiet and peaceful, so as to respect and not to disturb other residents of the neighbourhood, particularly after 10:00 PM.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Refundable 95 days

• Cancel up to 95 days before your trip and get a full refund. Cancel within 95 days of the trip and the reservation is non-refundable.
