With 3,800 square feet of exquisitely designed space, the villa offers ample opportunity for relaxation and entertainment. Large doors open from the pool terrace into the open-plan living area, inviting fresh ocean air into your mornings and nights. The elegant and comfortable lounge includes a home entertainment system, while the lovely dining table for eight welcomes you to ocean-view dinners. The kitchen is fully equipped with chef-grade appliances and includes both a breakfast bar and table. Beneath peaked ceilings and exposed wood beams, the villa’s décor evokes the finest of Mexico’s folk, Spanish, and Modernist traditions.

The villa includes duplicate master bedrooms, allowing multiple couples to enjoy utter privacy and comfort. • Guests who wish to receive additional housekeeping service beyond the mid-week cleaning included with 7-night rentals, should be aware that there is an extra fee of $15 USD per maid, per hour. Advance notice is required.
• Extra fees apply and advance notice is required for pool heating from June through October.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Refundable 95 days

• Cancel up to 95 days before your trip and get a full refund. Cancel within 95 days of the trip and the reservation is non-refundable.
