The back of the villa opens to a stone terrace with a sitting area, a row of chaise lounges for sunbathing and a heated infinity pool, all perched above the ocean. Follow the steps down to another terrace and lounge area and the man-made beach. A dining area, wet bar and barbecue round out the outdoor living areas. Inside, the property has satellite TV and Wi-Fi, as well as laundry facilities, ceiling fans and air conditioning for convenience and comfort. Your stay at Villa Luna Creciente includes private chef service for two meals each day, housekeeping and a houseman.

Though the villa’s stately columns, polished marble floors and sweeping staircase could be imposing, tropical accents like turquoise sofas and striped pillows keep it feeling relaxed. In the open living and dining rooms, huge arched doors fold back to connect the indoor living spaces seamlessly to the outdoor areas, making the rooms feel like a loggia. The fully equipped kitchen has the same Mediterranean charm, with a tiled backsplash, stone countertops and a practical island layout.

There are five bedrooms in the main house at Villa Luna Creciente and one in a casita; all six bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and air conditioning. In the main house, the two bedrooms on the lower level have king beds, access to a shared terrace and ocean views. Upstairs, the master suite has a king bed, access to a Juliet balcony and terrace and ocean views, a second bedroom has a queen bed, access to two Juliet balconies and ocean views, and the third bedroom has a queen bed and access to two Juliet balconies. The bedroom in the casita has a king bed and ocean views.

With four beaches within a short walk or drive, Villa Luna Creciente makes a great beach destination. Simply head down the stairs to the private beach, or to Los Muertos Beach, a 10-minute drive, Vallarta Shores, a 12-minute drive, or Mismaloya Beach, a 7-minute walk. Golfers and tennis players can check out Vista Vallarta Golf Course, 17 miles away, Club de Tenis Puesta del Sol S.A., 12 miles away, or Vidanta Golf Nayar, 18 miles away. From the villa, it is half a mile to the town of Mismaloya, 8 miles to Conchas Chinas and Alta Vista, 10 miles to Puerto Vallarta, and 13 miles to Puerto Vallarta International Airport.
