Villa del Corazon is laid out around a wide ocean-facing terrace with a heated pool, jetted tub, sunny and shaded lounge areas, an al-fresco dining table, a bar and kitchen area with a gas barbecue and a shower for post-swim rinses. When the sun goes down, head inside to gather around the satellite TV, share photos via Wi-Fi, flip on the sound system or select a bottle from the wine fridge.

Dark wood paneling and pale travertine tile make for a modern contrast inside Villa del Corazon. A consistent color scheme of cream and brown gives the open-plan living room, dining room and kitchen a chic, sophisticated feel, while the space’s vaulted ceilings keep it airy and bright. The clean lines of the sofa and armchairs are echoed by the upholstered dining chairs, but the color scheme gets a slight twist in the granite countertops of the fully equipped kitchen.

There are six bedrooms in the main house at Villa del Corazon and one in a separate casita; all seven bedrooms have air conditioning and en-suite bathrooms. In the main house, the master suite has a king bed and ocean view and opens to the pool deck. There are four other bedrooms with king beds, three of which open to a shared terrace, and one bedroom with two king beds. The casita has a bedroom with a king bed that opens to a shared terrace.

Whether you want an active or relaxed vacation, the villa has plenty to offer. It’s located right on the Cabo del Sol Ocean golf course and is 7 miles from Canchas de Tenis, just over 7 miles from Tennis Club Pedregal and 7.5 miles from Cabo Real Golf Club. Spend a day by the ocean at Tabasco Beach, 5.5 miles away, or Médano Beach, 6 miles away. Reserve an evening to take in the nightlife in downtown Cabo San Lucas, 6.5 miles from the villa, or spend an afternoon exploring Land’s End, 7 miles away, Cabo del Sol, 8 miles away, or San Jose del Cabo, 14.5 miles away. When it’s time to leave, plan on a 22-mile trip from Villa del Corazon to Los Cabos International Airport.

• All credit card holders must be aged 25 years and older at check-in.
• No pets are allowed unless specifically pre-authorized.
• No smoking permitted inside the property.
• No events such as weddings, bachelor or bachelorette parties will be permitted unless they are specifically pre-authorized. Event fees may apply if approved.
• Occupancy: The total number of persons allowed at any time is restricted to the contracted number of guests for each reservation. Renter must disclose the number of persons in his/her group as well as the name of every member of his/her group and the reason for stay.
• Excessive noise is not allowed at any time. Quiet time is 10pm-10am.
• 7 night minimum for 12/25 and 1/1, if taking both holidays a 14 night minimum is required.
• High School/College spring break groups not permitted.
• Maximum 18 guests. Extra charge of $50 per person per night exceeding 16 guests.
