Bask in the sun from a soft chaise longue or retreat with friends under the large, thatched-roof lounge. Get active in the afternoons with a putting green challenge or shuffleboard tournament. Host a cocktail party in the evening, preparing fresh seafood on the built-in barbecue, as a fire crackles in the outdoor fireplace. Up to 60 people will enjoy dining outside as the sun sets over the horizon.

Experience 15,000 sq ft of elegant splendor inside Villa Turquesa. Spacious rooms are adorned with cozy, contemporary lounge furniture and rustic accessories. Villa Turquesa’s nine spectacular bedrooms are spread among three floors, and a housekeeper is on-hand weekdays to help you maintain their beauty. The bedrooms contain either King and Queen beds, with the exception of the children’s room where you’ll find bunk beds leading out to a playground. Most rooms lead directly to outdoor spaces and all have private en-suites. The exquisite Master-suite displays ocean views and features its own spa-inspired en-suite and an al fresco shower.

Cabo San Lucas is famous for its eco-diversity which can be explored by boat, car, foot or flipper. You’re a short walk away from the soothing shores of Pedregal Beach, while two other famous stretches of sand are within a 5 minute drive. From your villa you can see the rocky profile of Land’s End, but venture closer to witness the unique El Arco rock formation. Head into central Cabo and discover fine dining, traditional mexican fare, as well as nightlife options ranging from wild nights at Cabo Wabo to more sophisticated choices.

NOTE: This villa can be rented as a 4BR/5BA rental. (Lowest floor containing 5 bedrooms, large home theater, putting green, children’s play area and shuffleboard court will be locked off.) This option offers 10,000 sq feet of indoor space and sleeps up to 12 persons.

Additional rules

• All credit card holders must be aged 25 years and older at check-in.
• No pets are allowed unless specifically pre-authorized.
• No smoking permitted inside the property.
• No events such as weddings, bachelor or bachelorette parties will be permitted unless they are specifically pre-authorized. Event fees may apply if approved.
• Occupancy: The total number of persons allowed at any time is restricted to the contracted number of guests for each reservation. Renter must disclose the number of persons in his/her group as well as the name of every member of his/her group and the reason for stay.
• Excessive noise is not allowed at any time. Quiet time is 10pm-10am.
• 7 night minimum for 12/25 and 1/1, if taking both holidays a 14 night minimum is required.
• High School/College spring break groups not permitted.
• 9 Bedrooms: Maximum of 20 guests. Extra charge of $250 per person per night up to 28 guests.
• 4 Bedrooms: Maximum of 12 guests (8 adults and 4 children).
