Casa Las Amapas is a magnificent oceanfront villa in the Conchas Chinas enclave along Mexico’s Riviera Nayarit, a short walk form the beach and minutes from downtown Puerto Vallarta. One of the original homes built in this exclusive area, the villa has been remodeled in a style fusing Mediterranean influences with the vintage elegance of coastal Mexico. Expansive outdoor living areas include a lush pool terrace, a cavernous dining pavilion, and two terraces with sweeping views of the Bay of Banderas. The superb private staff includes cook services, houskeeping, a houseman, and security. Five ample bedrooms (including a deluxe master suite in a separate coach house) accommodate ten guests.

The villa’s pool terrace and dining pavilion are nestled amid verdant gardens along the side of the villa, offering a cool sanctuary in total privacy, while the ocean-facing terraces hover within twenty feet of the shore. Multiple outdoor dining venues include the fabulous pavilion, a poolside table with palapa parasol, and an ocean-view pergola off the main living areas. The famed sunsets of Puerto Vallarta can be viewed from the terraces, accompanied by the waves’ enchanting rhythms.

The main terrace yields to a semi-alfresco living area with dining table and lounge—an ideal haven for evening gatherings. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen features a beautiful marble island bar and easily serves the living and dining areas. The large salon features high, sloping ceilings and a home entertainment system.

The villa’s main house includes two bedrooms on each floor: three with king beds, one with two double beds. Two of the rooms open to the pool, while the upper-level rooms open to the ocean-side terrace. All four rooms have air conditioning, safes, and ensuite bathrooms. The secluded master suite enjoys a private entrance and features a king bed, lounge area, ensuite bathroom, and private balcony with spectacular ocean views.

Casa Las Amapas offers a fabulous balance of privacy and proximity to some of the finest attractions in and around Puerto Vallarta. You’re about three hundred paces from Conchas Chinas Beach, fifteen minutes on foot from Playa Los Muertos, and twenty minutes from the Zona Romantica. Sporting activities and eco-adventures abound up and down the coast, including ziplining, fishing, surfing, tennis, and golf.

Additional rules

• All credit card holders must be aged 25 years and older at check-in.
• Additional Guests are welcome for a fee of USD$75 per night, per Guest.
• Bedrooms on the main level are wheelchair accessible.
• During the Holiday Season, this villa is available on a minimum one week, Saturday to Saturday basis. Christmas week must depart on or before December 28th. New Years week must arrive on or later than December 27th.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Refundable 95 days

• Cancel up to 95 days before your trip and get a full refund. Cancel within 95 days of the trip and the reservation is non-refundable.
