Columns, archways, and ornate fireplaces use time-tested stone, not only for it’s strength, but its elegant old-world charm. Extra high vaulted ceilings keep interior spaces open and spacious. Numerous openings to the terrace and open concept living spaces ensure the seamless flow of natural sunlight and fresh ocean breeze. The living, dining, and kitchen areas are all decorated with traditional Spanish colonial flare. The kitchen is stocked with high end appliances, plenty of granite countertop workspace, and dark stained wood cabinetry. And, with so many different rooms and areas, Estrella is sure to keep guests interested and excited to explore more of its luxurious estate.
If you’re thinking of hosting a dinner party, Estrella has absolutely everything you’ll need. Inside, there’s formal dining for twelve, a wet bar, espresso machine, game room, billiard table, and sound system to keep guests entertained. Out on the terrace, let the party continue, with alfresco dining, outdoor living areas, barbecue, fire pit, infinity pool, and a hot tub, guests will have more than enough space to socialize and enjoy the amazing ocean view. Other features within Estrella’s walls include an office, exercise room, steam room, satellite television, housekeeping, and nightly turndown service. And, all of Estrella’s six bedrooms feature ensuite bathrooms, king or queen sized beds, and scenic ocean views.
