The swimming pool area is an idyllic spot for lounging around in the Caribbean sun. It is surrounded by wooden decking, comfortable lounge chairs, and a covered patio area, for relaxed alfresco dining. Stroll through the garden to a second sitting area on the beach deck, with your own small gazebo.
Light and bright, the villa is decorated in a neutral style, with colorful Caribbean accents. High Trees has benefitted from a recent renovation, and features traditional terrazzo floors. French doors open out onto an outside terrace from the bright modern kitchen, where the villa cook will prepare your group’s daily breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The villa’s four air conditioned bedrooms each feature ensuite bathrooms, three of which have direct access to the pool deck. The master ensuite features a state-of-the-art “wet room” walk-in shower. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are interconnected, making them an excellent choice for families with children.
For a livelier beach scene popular with families and snorkelers, Mullins Bay Beach is within walking distance. Speightstown is just a 5-minute drive, with a range of local shops and restaurants.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Firm 95 days
- Cancel up to 95 days before your trip and get a 50% refund of accommodation fees. Cancel within 95 days of the trip and the reservation is non-refundable.
