You’ll find this beautiful reconstructed 17th-century home in Mullins Bay. Sitting on eight acres of manicured grounds, it is one of our most unique villas in Barbados. A playground for the rich and famous, Barbados is an ideal gateway for visitors pursuing sun, fine dining and high-end shopping, and of course its beaches are among the best in the world.

Take a swim in the huge infinity-edge pool day or night (it’s well lit once the sun goes down); the pool appears to seamlessly blend in with the tropical gardens surrounding it. Challenge your guests to a friendly game of tennis on the estate’s private courts, then later enjoy an alfresco meal in the gazebo located on the cliff-side of the home, showing off stunning coastline views. Relax outside on the covered verandah, here you’ll find comfy sofas and a ceiling fan.

Originally constructed as a sugar mill in the 17th century, this unique villa has been converted into a beautiful space consisting of three buildings connected by stairways. The great room boasts soaring cathedral ceilings that expose the second floor balcony, and throughout the home are many different seating and lounge areas, offering opportunities to sit and be social, or to relax with some quiet reading time. Enjoy a dinner inside on the large circular dining table prepared by the on-staff cook and assistant chef.

Comfortably accommodating up to 16 guests, this villa has eight bedrooms—two are located in the main house, the remaining suites sit inside the cliff cottage and guest cottage. All the estate’s bedrooms have been well furnished and feature air conditioning and private en-suite bathrooms.

As a guest of the villa you will have access to the owner’s private beach cabana located nearby on the famous Gibbs Beach. The Sandy Lane Hotel, a 20-minute drive away, features golf, tennis, a fitness center as well as a platinum sand beach.

• Please note: A 2.5% levy will be collected at the time of booking. This fee is calculated based on your nightly rate and is capped at $10 USD per bedroom, per night.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Refundable 95 days

• Cancel up to 95 days before your trip and get a full refund. Cancel within 95 days of the trip and the reservation is non-refundable.
