Carport
On the left side of the lot there is a carport where you can park two cars and where you will find an entrance. The other entrance is on the right side of the lot. Walking up the pathway you go up the stairs to enter the front porch.
Walk in closet
On the left side of the living room there is a hall that leads to the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a walk in closet. At the end of the hall is the guest room also with its own bathroom.
Kitchen with hardwood top
On the other side of the house we find the open kitchen with a hardwood top and all appliances needed to create wonderful meals. Cooking while watching the ocean is a daily fact. Behind the kitchen there are two more rooms that can be turned into bedrooms, storage rooms or offices. Also there is a fully equipped bathroom.
The room in front (seaside) is connected to the pool deck and leads to a huge gazebo with the pool right beside it. This pool is 4,5 meters by 9 meters (external dimension) and has a very nice marble bench where you can sit on to watch the ocean.
Mature garden
The garden is mature and has walls in front, on the left and on the right side. The back has a rock garden that has a steep mountain slope and is closed to the neighbours with a wire mesh fence. The space between the wire mesh fence in the back and the cactus fence of the neighbours is extra wide.
360° view
On the back porch there are stairs that lead to the roof (23 meters * 6 meters) that provides you with a 360 view. A super location to drink a nice glass of wine at the end of the day !!. Here you do have an unobstructed view.
