Located in the Bon Bida complex, this tidy and modern apartment lies 5 minutes from the island’s capital, Kralendijk. Designed by esteemed Bonairian architect, and within close proximity to many prestigious dive sites, the apartments in this building are built perfectly for island life and provide a wonderful place to enjoy this beautiful place.

This apartment is entered via a long corridor where you will find the two air-conditioned bedrooms, both of which are large and fully equipped with modern en suites with walk-in showers, marble-topped washbasins and wall suspended WCs.

The corridor then leads onwards into the large living area. The kitchen is off to the right and enjoys European standards from all its appliances; including ceramic hob, microwave oven and grill, large American-style refrigerator and other white goods. Here you will also find a large pantry.
From the kitchen, the apartment sprawls out into a large dining and lounge area, which in turn opens up onto an exterior terrace (via large double doors). Out on the terrace there is plenty of space to eat outside and to enjoy the beautiful Caribbean weather.

The floors are all topped with high quality tiles and you can expect exceptional finishing throughout, including solid wood doors and frames as well as sanitary fittings of high European standards. The electrics are all fitted to the safest level, and can accommodate both 110v and 220v demands.

The grounds of the complex follow a similar high quality to the apartments within, with the community tropical gardens being kept very neatly and benefitting from an integrated irrigation system. The floors and walkways are all lined with high-quality exterior floor tiles, while the entire complex is lit at night with beautiful lighting.
Habitants of the apartment will also enjoy the use of the large community pool within the grounds as well as the use of a parking space (one assigned per dwelling). There is also a large secure storage area for each apartment.
