Choose from one of the cushioned lounge chairs spread out on the terrace, they surround a large pool. Just steps away is the covered verandah that offers views across the golf course, as well as a plunge pool and a jacuzzi for soaks under the stars. The Spanish-style gazebo is the perfect shaded spot for relaxing on comfortable furnishings while reading a book or sipping on a drink.

Inside, this home features a neutral color palette, exotic wood ceilings and comfortable furnishings throughout. The airy living room opens up to the terrace and is furnished with two plush sofas, an ottoman and tropical artwork. From here, you can move out to the covered patio where you’ll find the large alfresco dining area complete with an elegant table with seating for eight. You won’t need to worry much about preparing meals—there’s a cook on site six days a week.

Sleeping up to 12 guests, the villa’s six bedrooms are divided between the main house and a nearby cottage that also includes a sitting area and kitchen. Four rooms are found in the main house, with the remaining two are located in the cottage, and all bedrooms offer private en-suite bathrooms and air conditioning. Bed sizes range from twins to king size.

With access to the Old Nine Golf Course from your private garden gate, you will have easy access to enjoy a game, meanwhile the popular greens of the Royal Westmoreland Golf Course are also close by. A short drive brings you to the vibrant Holetown where you can enjoy shopping and excellent nightlife options.

• All credit card holders must be aged 25 years and older at check-in.
• Please note that over and above the rental fee, the Guest will be charged a late departure fee if they have not vacated the property according to their reservation specifications.
• Early arrivals may be requested. If an early arrival is available, a half day’s rate applies for an arrival between noon and 3:00 PM, and a full day’s rate applies before noon.
• Late departures may be requested. If a late departure is available, a half day’s rate applies for a departure between 2:00 PM-5:00 PM, and a full day’s rate applies after 5:00 PM.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Firm 95 days

• Cancel up to 95 days before your trip and get a 50% refund of accommodation fees. Cancel within 95 days of the trip and the reservation is non-refundable.
