Cottage
Welcome to Waterlands, a small scale, friendly, and individually-owned resort, consisting of only 24 cottages. It’s located waterfront on a private peninsula with direct access to the Caribbean Sea. The cottage is surrounded by a lush tropical garden.
The surrounding beach, the tropical swimming pool with bar and surrounding decks, 7 private docks (10 x 3 meters) and all other communal facilities are exclusively owned by the Owners Association. There is plenty of private parking space.
The Indonesian inspired architecture offers complete privacy and real tropical atmosphere.
The living room has an open plan kitchen with a bar/countertop (total 44 m²). It connects to the laundry room, fitted with a washing machine.
The master bedroom has a king size 4 poster bed, custom-made cupboards and an open design bathroom with a rain shower.
Like the master bedroom, the second bedroom opens up to the porch. All bedrooms have air-conditioning. The guest bedroom, with its own bathroom, is also accessible from the living room.
This 2 bedroom cottage measures 175 m² (1,883 sq. ft.) of floor space, including the outside shower area (21 m²) and the roofed porch.
An ‘owners finance’ is negotiable.
