Fully air conditioned, the living room and the two bedrooms are all adjoining and open directly onto the terrace through large sliding doors. The bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with large showers and generous wardrobes. The kitchen is small but practically equipped and the laundry and technical rooms can be found in the basement.
On the open sun deck, a hardwood covered terrace with a dining table and a pool let you to admire the secluded turquoise bay. The villa is a short walk from the beach of Marigot and is also close to the lagoon at Grand Cul-de-Sac.
