El Pueblo

El Pueblo is a small scale, yet up-market, development plan, consisting of only 27 lots. Eleven of those lots are ocean-fronted, having been built on a cliff area.

El Pueblo 23, on the second row, is now for sale. It has not been constructed yet. But, when you say “GO”, it will take no longer than approximately 8 months. The quality of build is of a very high standard, built by the developer’s own dedicated construction company.
