With a protected boat basin on the northwest side of the island featuring floating dock to accommodate small vessels to 30 feet with a 3 feet draft at low tide, plus a helipad on the southern side, the main island is a accessible by boat, helicopter and float plane, or from Nassau via nearby Clarence Bain Airport on Mangrove Cay and then a few minutes boat ride to the island.
THE SMALLER ISLAND
The smaller undeveloped island spans 1.25 acres with a small beach and sufficient deep water for marine access.
It is large enough to build a residence.
IDEAL FOR BONEFISHING, FIVING, SNORKELING & FISHING
The local area offers some of the best bonefishing flats in The Bahamas and quaint villages close-by on the mainland where supplies can be bought.
A nearby extensive offshore reef and blue holes offer great snorkeling, diving and offshore fishing.
