The bathrooms are very spacious and bright, modern design, the walls are decorated with mosaic tiles, fully equipped with high-quality taps and showers. The bedrooms have a built-in closet, small and very comfortable with A/C. Each bedroom is decorated in its own colour scheme. The whole house and the swimming pool is equipped LED lighting that allows you to save on electricity.

A special pride of the house is the swimming pool and garden. The size of the pool is 27 square meters with a children’s section and the waterfall lined with tiles that reduce the consumption of chemical and simplifies the maintenance of the pool. At night time, you can enjoy light colour shows and the sounds of the waterfall.

The pump house has equipment for swimming pools, gas water heater, 2 tanks of gas and backup power. Parking is made in the modern style and for two cars. The house is fully fenced and has automatic gates.
