Punt Vierkant is a neighborhood where many new houses are built. It is nearby many dive locations, the kite beach and the windsurf place at Sorobon.
This brandnew house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is completed at the end of 2013 and is ready to move in, just bring your furniture.
Entering through the spacious front porch you will find that the open living room and kitchen are the first things you see when you walk in this home. The kitchen and living room feature 15 foot vaulted ceilings making the main living space seem very open and airy, and which also helps keep the living area cool year round.
This home has a large master bedroom with private bathroom, and a walk in closet. There is also a second bedroom with an attached bathroom. This second bathroom also serves as the guest toilet. The home has a third bedroom which could also be used as a home office. There is also a laundry room/pantry adjacent to the kitchen so the home has some storage space for your extra things. There’s lots of room for a couple, or a small family.
