Located in Santa Barbara on a lot of 806 m2 you will find this unique property. Being built in the late 70’s, it was one of the first houses on Santa Barbara. It is rather small, but very cute! It offers an amazing view!

This one bedroom house has a front porch connected to the living room and also connected to the back porch. By opening all doors it is one spacious and breezy area. Sitting on the front porch (on a Dirk de Boer couch), you can see Kralendijk on your left , Klein Bonaire right in front of you and on the right side the Caribbean Sea going to Bopec . When you arrive at the house you find a driveway going up the hill alongside the house. There is enough parking space for at least two cars off road. Also on the left side of the house there is the entrance gate that leads to the porch. Large sliding doors connect the porch with the living room and open kitchen. This area is around 50 m2. In the kitchen you will find all appliances needed , nothing fancy but very efficient.

The bedroom, with a build-in closet, is in the left corner of the house in the back with ensuite bathroom that is also accessible from the living room for guests. The breeze comes from the back of the house and therefore the back porch is a nice location in the early morning when it is not too hot and the late afternoon when the sun is on the front side of the house. Here you also find a storage room with the washing machine. The garden is mature and has local plants that will grow even when it is a dry season.

This house is the ideal house for a couple that prefers simplicity and a relaxing ambiance on a top location !!
