House and Apartments
This house, with its two apartments in the backyard, is located on a 1200 m2 lot in Republiek. All together the built surface is 400m2.

Spacious kitchen/cooking island
Coming through the front gate, you walk into the left side of the house near the kitchen. This kitchen is spacious, with a full cooking island, and has all the brand name appliances you need to cook a great meal (AEG ceramic cooking and a Zanussi oven.)

High ceiling
The living area is on the right of the kitchen and has a ceiling that reaches 6 meters, all crafted of Brazilian hardwood. This height keeps the house fresh. To the left in the living room a door leads to a hallway. On the right you will find a huge master bedroom with walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom. If you want, you can enter the backyard through the backdoor of your own bathroom.

Pantry and laundry space
Following the hallway you will find a pantry and a space to do the laundry. In this section you will also find the guest toilet.

Gazebo and swimming pool
On the opposite side of the residence from the living room you will find the second bedroom. This bedroom opens onto the terracotta-tiled patio with its natural wood gazebo. This is the outdoor social center and the place to enjoy a cool wine at the end of the day. Besides this gazebo there is a pool with natural coral stone surround. An Argentine BBQ completes the ambiance.

Two separate apartments for rental
At this side of the garden you will find a pool-shed and behind it, past the flamboyant tree, two breezy apartments. Each containing a kitchenette with dining bar, a bathroom with water heater and lots of closet space. These have rented for $750 per month. Each apartment measures 70 m2.

On the left side of the property the wall is 2.2 meters high, and on the front it is above eye level, assuring total privacy for the pool. The remainder of the property is securely fenced.

On the right side of the house there is parking for 3 cars and this laneway is the access to the apartments.

Roof with a view
There is also a fresh roof terrace where you can enjoy the view of the hills of Bona Bista and the road to Rincon. This house has enough private spaces for people to enjoy their privacy, even when the apartments are rented out.
