Apartment
At walking distance to the center of Kralendijk and in the neighborhood of Flamingo Beach Hotel, Sunshine Minimarket , Chachacha beach and Warehouse Bonaire you will find Kaya Inglatera. Here at number 4 you will see “Melrose Place”. The rightside of the building is for sale and consists out of the 2 apartments 4A and 4C.
In front of this building you have two parking spots specially for 4A and 4C. When you enter the garden you see a nice front porch with a glass sliding door through which you enter the living room of 4A, that is connected with a bar to the kitchen, you see on your right side the door to the bedrooms. The first one that you enter is spacious and has its own bathroom and the second bedroom is a little smaller and can serve as a nice “kids/baby” room. Downstairs is a big back porch and a nice garden.
All windows and doors are made out of aluminum and in the bedroom you will find a built in closet with a safe. The apartment 4C is upstairs. Stairs on the side of the building lead you to this apartment. Instead of a garden in the back you have a nice balcony. The apartments are exactly the same. This house is a good investment because it can be rented out very well.
