House
8 bedroom home for sale on Mount Pleasant on the island of Bequia in the Grenadines, overlooking an extraordinarily beautiful beach and turquoise reefs.
Set on 3 acre grounds, this 10,068 sq ft luxury home includes 8 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms and 2 reception rooms.
The property encapsulates the essence of the Caribbean – luxurious but not flash, private but not remote.
This property is finished and decorated to the highest standards in a classical clean style with coral stone tiled floors and green heart timber sliding doors leading onto tatibu-decked verandas.
The property has been created out of a virgin piece of land on the edge of the Mount Pleasant, arguably one of the best and most exclusive locations in the Grenadines. The views of the sea from the infinity pool are simply spectacular and a path leads down to the powdery soft white sand of the beach which is 10 minutes’ walk away.
The property is located very close to Port Elizabeth, Admiralty Harbour, restaurants and spa facilities and 10 minutes by plane or 30 minutes by speedboat to the island of Mustique.
