This villa boasts two plunge pools on separate terraces, while a third, shared swimming pool with a seven-foot deep end and expansive sun deck, is available for guests of the Merlin Bay complex. Once you’ve cooled down, soak in some sun on one of the patio’s many lounge chairs surrounded by lush tropical greenery.

Inside, the living area features an open-concept design and a mostly white decor. Arched doorways lead from the terrace into the living room, where you’ll find a comfy sofa and armchairs done in soft blues that echo the views of the sea. Nearby, the ample kitchen is fully stocked with modern appliances and plenty of counter space, and you can choose to eat indoors or out on the patio. Either way, let the housekeeper/cook fix something up for you.

Up to six guests can be accommodated in this villa’s three well-appointed bedrooms; all rooms have two beds that can be pushed together to make a king size bed as well as en-suite bathrooms and air conditioning. The master suite also boasts access to a rooftop terrace.

This villa really is at the Ocean’s Edge—the white sandy shores are only steps away, and the beach features excellent snorkeling and swimming opportunities. The Royal Westmoreland and Sandy Lane Hotel’s world-class golfing, tennis courts and spa facilities are close by, as are Holetown’s diverse restaurants and upscale shops.

General rules

• Check-in is anytime after 3:00PM and check out by 12:00PM

Additional rules

• All credit card holders must be aged 25 years and older at check-in.
• Please note that over and above the rental fee, the Guest will be charged a late departure fee if they have not vacated the property according to their reservation specifications.
• Early arrivals may be requested. If an early arrival is available, a half day’s rate applies for an arrival between noon and 3:00 PM, and a full day’s rate applies before noon.
• Late departures may be requested. If a late departure is available, a half day’s rate applies for a departure between 2:00 PM-5:00 PM, and a full day’s rate applies after 5:00 PM.
• Should the staff member be necessary after 8:30 PM, a fee will be billed to Guest for this service.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Firm 95 days

• Cancel up to 95 days before your trip and get a 50% refund of accommodation fees. Cancel within 95 days of the trip and the reservation is non-refundable.
