Villa
Perched on the heights of Petite Saline, villa AXS boasts one of the most spectacular views of St. Barts. The hills of the island and the roofs of the houses below stand out from the palette of blues of the ocean and sky. One can also see the pristine sandy beach of Lorient below.
The 2 level villa has been refurbished with a contemporary design. The combination of materials such as natural wood, metal and glass and the contrast between white and grays enhance the modern aspect of the villa. A large open space with a high ceiling houses a spacious kitchen, a large wooden dining table for entertaining several guests and a comfortable lounge. Another living area, that can be made private, is located behind and houses a TV room and an office.
The three bedrooms, all of similar size, each have large fitted wardrobes, an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate toilet. Two of them are located on the main level and one of them has a private access from the deck. The ground floor houses the third bedroom and the garage.
The fully decked terrace and the half – moon infinity pool face the terrific panoramic views that extend out to the island of St Maarten. An outdoor dining area and several sun loungers allow you to enjoy the exceptional tranquility.
