Playa Lechi Residence

Nothing beats the boulevard at Playa Lechi… watching the fishermen coming back to land with snapper, dradu and mula and cleaning them right in front of you. Walking along the pavement and watch all boats coming in, or going out, and observing tourist coming from the cruise boats. But just walking into the blue clear ocean is the best. After this you open the gate right in front of the apartments and take an outside shower right in front of the pool. Here you can always hang around and enjoy a cocktail. Walking to the left side of the building you will find number 1 right in the corner behind the palapa. This apartment has the biggest porch of them all and due to the sliding doors, with dark tinted glass, that slide into the wall (pocket) the living room and porch is one big area where you will spend most of your time. The north-east trade wind blows right through the apartment front door. There are no obstructions in the kitchen that block this wind. Coming from the living room you walk into the open kitchen with all necessary appliances available. Here is enough space to cook a healthy fresh fish for dinner. On your left hand you have one bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. A second door in this bathroom makes it accessible for guests. Next to this is door you will find the second “master” bedroom with , also, an ensuite bathroom. Both bedrooms have plenty of closet space and a side window from floor to ceiling which makes both rooms bright. A storage room is next to the kitchen and locates a washing machine. At the street side of the building you have your own parking space and a concrete storage box right at the beginning of the lot near the remote controlled fence.

Why this apartment and not others ? Because it is easy accessible with lots of shade and bigger than the others. The trade winds coming from the front but also around the building and it has a small garden in front with a palapa and a garden along the side of the apartment.
