Port Bonaire A401 Beachhouse

Port Bonaire is a beautiful, very well maintained oceanfront resort on Bonaire. It has a total of 26 apartments, including only a few beach houses. A401 is one of them!

Not only do you have access to a beautiful garden with sea view on the ground floor, from your bedroom on the 1st floor you will experience the most fantastic views. From your balcony you can overlook Klein Bonaire and Kralendijk, but you also have a view of the marina!

The first thing you see when you enter through the front door is the fabulous view through the wide sliding doors of the living room. In fact they are a double set of doors: sliding glass- and sliding screen doors, both fitted in durable hardwood frames. They connect to the patio and private garden. This garden seamlessly goes over in the communal sundeck alongside the large communal pool.

Through the front door you enter a hall with shower facilities (currently used as a pantry) to the left and a guest toilet to the right. The kitchen has an additional side wall window with shutter frame, which assures a nice breeze throughout the whole ground floor. The open kitchen has been renewed in 2012 with new base cabinets (all drawers!) and a new counter top with induction hob.

An open staircase leads to the 1st floor with a guest bedroom at the front door side of the building, with wardrobes and patio doors to French balcony. The bedroom is equipped with its own full bathroom (with a washbasin with double sink, shower and toilet).

The spacious master oceanfront bedroom has a balcony and offers a truly amazing view. The master bedroom also has its own bathroom (double vanity washbasin, shower and toilet facilities). Furthermore, the master bedroom has fitted wardrobes with sliding doors.

Both bedrooms have air conditioning. Also on this floor, the nice breezes will surprise you!

The first floor hallway is fitted with a pull out attic ladder which provides access to the attic with lots of storage space.

So, if you are looking for a large condo with GORGEOUS VIEWS over the entire island and OCEAN, large POOL, a DIVE SHOP onsite and your own OCEAN and BEACH access, Port Bonaire A401 most definitely is the place for you!
