Island breeze
This beautiful house is built with one main thought and that is to get the Island Breeze right through each and every room in the house. This house measures 235 m2 build and a pool deck of 61 m2 on a 2031 m2 lot.

Remote controlled gate
Following the driveway to the covered carport by a remote controlled gate you enter the this premises. Behind the carport is storage space with the pool pump. Right opposite of this is a cellar underneath the house for extra store space.

Next to the carport you will find stairs going to the pool deck and the gazebo next to the pool. From here you will immediately see the ocean.

This view remains in the living room, in the second gazebo in the backyard, in the office above and of course all along the front porch. This porch and the floor of the entire house is tiled with a 60*60 cm black ceramic tile.

On the left side of the house you will find the main entrance with on the left of it the spacious kitchen with all the appliances needed. Here you can cook while watching the ocean and also the pool in front. Behind the kitchen is bedroom 1 with its own bathroom and sliding doors out to the terrace that leads to the pool. Right in front of the main door you will find the guest toilet and going to the right you enter the, very high roofed, living room.

In the left corner you will find bedroom 2 with (again) its own bathroom and sliding door to the back porch and on the right side of the living room you will find the master bedroom which measures 5 meter by 5 meters and has its own walk in closet and spacious bathroom. This room is connected to the front porch with a sliding door and shutter windows next to the sliding door.

From the living room you can enter the front and back porch. In the back of the garden is a huge gazebo where you can “lounge” at the end of the afternoon. Going to the left through the backyard you will find the stairs that go up to the office. This office has a balcony with a super view of Klein Bonaire and even the Salt Company in the South. The garden is mature easy to maintain in the backyard. In front of the house are gorgeous palm trees.
