Would you rather use this annex as 1 area, no problem at all! The partition wall between the two rooms is very easy to remove, making it one large spacious area. The large, maintenance free, garden features brick pavement and is fully fenced with a concrete wall with wooden parts on it. The big wooden doors allow you to enter the garden with your cars, you can easily park 2 or 3 cars inside. The garden is laid out very nicely with playful wooden fences, artificial grass and palm trees. The whole garden has this beautiful landscaped lighting which makes it very atmospheric.
