Would you rather use this annex as 1 area, no problem at all! The partition wall between the two rooms is very easy to remove, making it one large spacious area. This out building can also be used as an office. Plenty of options!

The large, maintenance free, garden features brick pavement and is fully fenced with a concrete wall with wooden parts on it. The big wooden doors allow you to enter the garden with your cars, you can easily park 2 or 3 cars inside. The garden is laid out very nicely with playful wooden fences, artificial grass and palm trees. The whole garden has this beautiful landscaped lighting which makes it very atmospheric.

The beautiful pool (polyester; worry free and low maintenance) and separate toilet outside make this large garden enjoyable and complete.

Last but not least: a complete laundry facility (washer, dryer, ‘laundry-sorting-cabinet’ and extra sink) is attached to the kitchen on the outside. A very convenient asset.
