Completely independent from the main house Seadream has its own separate access or can be accessed from Captiva via a lockable sliding gate. The villa has its own pool and large covered deck and contains two bedrooms, one double one single, a shower room, kitchen and living area. Tastefully decorated and with its own gorgeous gardens, it can be rented separately from the main house and also has access to the beach.

Additional Technical details

Water is always at a premium in the Caribbean. The property has a desalination plant as well as 4 large underground cisterns, which collect rainwater, supplemented by a treatment plant that recycles household waste water into the garden cistern. The property is connected to town water but it is rarely necessary. There is also a security system which enables the property to be viewed from anywhere in the world.
