The living runs into the generous partly covered veranda by way of French windows, opening up a grand view of the azure sea all for you to enjoy.<br \/>\nThe open kitchen is positioned on the left side of the living. It is furnished with de-luxe built-in equipment like an oven, fridge, induction cooking-plate and dishwasher.<br \/>\nOn the entrance side of the apartment you find the spacious master bedroom. Its terrace offers a view of the backyard with the\u00a0<u>communal swimming pool<\/u>. This large room has its own comfortable bathroom, containing all fittings for comfort. Its sanitary fixtures are made to last and include a spacious shower unit, twin basins and 2nd toilet. It has matching taps, tiles and stylish lighting points.<br \/>\nYour guests will have their own bedroom with a close-fitting guest bathroom.<br \/>\nBack in the hall you will find the modern toilet, partly tiled and with a hanging wall closet and corner basin.
