Part of the Greentails luxury gated community, this classic Caribbean vacation rental puts you close to the gorgeous beaches, tempting shops and oceanfront dining on the stunning west coast of Barbados.<\/p>\n

    Greentails Residence 1 opens to a beautiful wraparound deck with shaded sitting and dining areas, where you can sip a drink while watching the waves in the distance or relax beneath the gentle spin of the ceiling fans. If you\u2019d prefer to get some sun, there are plenty of loungers on the terrace around the infinity pool.<\/p>\n

    The villa\u2019s open-plan living spaces open onto the deck, encouraging guests to throw open the French doors and let the warm breezes waft through. Vaulted ceilings, coral-stone walls and pale tile floors lend quintessentially Caribbean charm to the sitting area, and pretty mint-green cabinetry continues the theme in the fully equipped kitchen. A formal dining area is a welcoming spot to gather with friends and family after a day at the beach or on the fairways.<\/p>\n

    There are three bedrooms in the main house at Greentails Residence 1 and one in a separate guest house; all four have en-suite bathrooms. The main-house master suite has a king bed and its own private balcony, and the other two bedrooms have queen beds. With a queen bed and doors that open directly to the terrace, the guest-house room could be used as a honeymoon-style suite or retreat for in-laws.<\/p>\n

    From the villa\u2019s location in Mullins Bay, it\u2019s less than a 10-minute drive to Colony Club Beach, the famed Sugar Hill Resort and Royal Westmoreland golf course, and Speightstown. Drive just a bit father to explore the sandy stretches of Mullins Beach and Gibbes Beach, or to enjoy a night out in Bridgetown.<\/p>\n
